Does a person suffering from leukamia effected by HIV will have more immunity than the HIV person?

Actually Leukamia occurs to a person with the increase of white blood corpuscles which play key role in the immunity of a person. In the case of AIDS the immunity of a person is degraded day by day.So Is there chances of opposite poles attraction.
