I sent an embaring e-mail to my discipline master?

A year ago,i came across a poster in my school that says ''feeling depressed,lonely or stressed?e-mail (notallowedtotelltherealemail@live.com).… was 11 that time.now im still 12.i was very stupid that time and so i sent ''notallowedtotelltherealemail'' (fake email i dun wanna say the rl email) an email about my online crush.i met my on9 crush at gaiaonline.com. he gave me lots of expensive virtual stuffs so i thought that i loved him because i used to treat him harshly but now im not.but i realised that it was just a form of GRATITUDE.in the email i lied that i met my crush in rl and was troubled to confess my feelings 2 him (actually i wasnt).and i even put a fake name that sounds very lame.wat i wrote in the email was also very childish and stupid.i only wrote that email cus i have never written a formal letter in my life and wanted to try it...but if i write one to my fren it would look out of character and she will say im trying to act smart.3 days later,i received a reply from ''notallowedtotelltherealemail'' and the name of the sender says Khairul Foley (fake name i dont wanna use my disicpline master's rl name).i think my discipline master was careless when he put his rl name instead of a fake name...or he did it on purpose :( but now he is my form teacher this year!he never mentioned anything about that email but i still feel so stressed about it!and he doesnt treat me specially nor acts biased on me in cl.but i rly dont know what he is thinking!pls tell me wat to do.
