I have an indefinite leave to entry,can i apply for british pport?

You need to be resident for at least five years, or three years if you came on a spouse visa. the process is changing next year, so I would apply as soon as you qualify. And you need to apply for citizenship first ("naturlaisation"), once you've got that you apply for the pport like any other citizen.
