Should i give him a false number?

so theres this guy named ryan whos 15, im 14. whenever he sees me in person he doesnt give me the time of day, or he just doesnt recognize me. anyways, he always IMs me telling me to come over and have with him and ill be like no so he called me a . also, he always tells me to call him. i never gave him my number. when i see him in person should i walk up to him in front of his friend and tell him to call me but give him the rejection hotline number? haha thanks:)
