How to fix a stuck CD player for CADILLAC CTS 2003!! HELP!?

please someone help me! I have a Cadillac CTS and it brings an indash 6 dish changer. But when I press LOAD to load a cd the cd changer wont take in the cd. Its like stuck or something?? Anyone had this happen before and fixed it themselves?? The dealer charges $300!!
