Im installing a cam on windows 98 and i get a message that says install E:/win/directx. how can i go about thi

i dont have the origional setup disk i was hoping that i could get this file off the net or somthin but to be honest i really dont know a whole lot about what im doing just enough to get it done if some one were to give me instructions. any help would be much much appreciated seeeing as that i sold this cam off of ebay and if i cant get it to work for these people that i sold it to i must refund there money :(
