Will i have left over wires when i connect the wiring harness to the radio harness?

I'm installing my radio for the first time so i can say i did it, but i think i got everything down just one question. I'm not sure on connecting the wiring harness to the radio harness. (for an Isuzu Rodeo '98) I know its color coded and theres a wire guide on the back of the radio but i seem to have left over wires? The harness is 70-7712. sounds like your losing 12 volts in the run mode to the systems that need it. You really need a wiring diagram that shows where the 12 volts should be when in the run mode. You could be losing 12 volts to the ignition or engine computor in the run mode. Might check the ignition and pcm fuses. Some GM products also have 2 small wires that go up to the key cylinder lock that lets the computor recondise the ignition key, if one of these wires is broken,it will not stay running.

Should I trade in my SUV for a fuel efficeint car?

I currently own 2 SUVs that get 17/21 fro mileage. We have 3 1/2 years left on both loans. B/c of increasi- $1ng gas prices and the drop in SUV resale we owe more than its worth. I was thinking of getting a used honda or mazda 4 cyl. b/c there mileage is 24/35. If I trade in I will have to put up $4000 - $6000. This would drop my monthly payment by approx $100 - $150 per month. Not including the gas I would save. I drive 72 miles round trip to work. So, So I trade in or stick it out for 3 more years.

My 18 y/o sister has tics (she sniffs and she moves her neck). She used to grunt/clear her throat as well. Her 17 y/o boyfriend has tics as well (he sniffs and blinks). My sister has anxiety, OCD, and depression. She also has ADD and an auditory proccessing disorder. She is very slow at taking tests, and has some trouble with reading comprehension (depsite being a wonderful writer). She has some trouble with geometry and certain types of math. Her boyfriend has some anxiety (he also is very meticulous and clean), and he has some learning issues, despite being very smart. (He goes to a special school for kids w/ learning issues). Neither of them are athletic at all, and they cannot really run. Neither of them have many friends and neither are particuarly "popular." My sister can look like one of the "hott girls" when she straightens her hair, puts on makeup and nice clothes, but her bf is totally a geek. My father has ADD and OCD, my granmother has anxiety/OCD, my great-grandmother had epilepsy. On my mother's side, my aunt has learning disablities and epilepsy. One of my cousins on my mother's side of the family had tics (which she outgrew). My sister's boyfriend's cousin has some kind of Aspergers or something. If they have kids in the future, will they have similar issues to their parents? Will they have tics and learning problems?

My father won't let me help!?

My dad's house is in complete disrepair. He has about two acres of land that are completely overgrown, a three story house with siding/gutters falling off, black mold in the basement, and shingles that should have been replaced 7-10 years ago. Homemade DVR with Cablevision?

Cablevision in CT recently decided to scramble all of their channels, and now you cannot receive cable without an iO box. I have an HD box and the ability to build a homemade dvr out of an old computer. Is there any configuration or software or anything that will allow me to use a homemade dvr in place of (or in conjunction with) the HD box from iO? I don't want to pay cablevision an ungodly amount of money for their DVR.

Crime in London has increased substantially; especially if you look at the boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Hackney (stabbings), and other parts too. The problem that I see in England generally (esp London) is that it is such a small place as compared to the US. In the US, even if you have some bad areas; people dont necessarily feel the effects of them because it's such a huge country. England is too densely populated, with people from all over. The British culture seems very "competitive", in America its laid-back. In England, communities are in competition with others communities (postcode gangs), people judge others: by their accents, ethnic backgrounds etc. Look at the differences in humor between the 2 countries. I love British culture though (the clic rock music, football clubs and fans), but it just seems geared to cause divide between different sections of community.

My parents vs. the church?

So to make a long story short, I've been going to this one baptist church since I was born. My grandpaw is the preacher and my dads a deacon. But we've never really had any youth at my church besides kids that were much younger than me. Well I have a boyfriend who goes to another baptists church in our area and I went with him to his youth serivice this past week and loved it. It was more of a spirtual uplifting than I've had in a while. I would love to start going there to youth every Wednesday night. Now here's where the problem comes in, my church had services on Wednesday night too. I asked my parents if I could start going to youth on Wedensday and they said No! I mean like flat out no. Not even a maybe. Just no. This made me mad but the thing that made me mad the most was something my mom said. She said she didn't know anything about the church and I asked her if she would just come on Wednesday and check it out and she said no that she didn't have to and she wasn't. That made me so mad. It's like she's not even going to give it a chance. Her and my dad both just have this mind set where this church is that only one that I can go to and there's no where else that I can go. They're so closed minded that it's not even funny! Now I have no idea what to do because to be honest, I get a lot more spiritually out of going to youth than I do going to any service at my church. I feel like I'm not getting anything. So if anyone can give me any advice on how to deal with this that would be great, cause I seriously think I'm about to pull out my hair because of my parents and there close mindedness.

Can a simple home Windows 2000 Pro POP3 mailbox be set up to allow an external Webmail to slurp up a mailbox?

I'm using Windows 2000 on this box, and cannot find a simple POP3 server for this purpose, or even if it can be done (free of charge). I'm aware that Windows Server 2003 for example has a built-in simple POP3 server, but installing an entire operating system for this little task would be silly. The problem in part is that trying to search for POP3 and mailbox and server simply shows millions of results for using someone else's POP3 server, not how to set up your own for use from a home IP address. All I want to do is dump a single Thunderbird mailbox with hundreds of old newsletters into an external Webmail service which will very easily access any POP3 mailbox if only the server is set up with which to begin. I know how to work with DNS and already have my own domain names and a dynamic IP address service subscription; I just need a program for serving POP3 mail.

Flush mounted electrical box?

I'm remodeling my basement and installed a half dozen electrical boxes. After putting the drywall up, I realized that one is not flush with the drywall. Instead, it is set back a little bit. I'm able to install the electrical outlet but it is noticeably recessed. Any suggestions of correcting the appearance? In the past, i believe I've seen some type of extension that is designed to sit up against the drywall but I don't know what they're called.

Is there anything else I can do to get rid of my headache?

So, here's some background information. I've been having at least 5-7 headaches a week since a little before 5th grade [a little more than 3 years]. But since this June, I've had this one continuous headache. It hasn't gone away. I've tried OTC pain relievers, but they don't help. I've seen a chiropractor, that didn't help. I'm seeing a neurologist, and I've taken three different medicines [Inderal, Topamax, and Depakote ER]. None of them have worked. I got a CT scan in 5th grade, and an MRI a couple weeks ago, the results for both were normal. We did find out though, last month, that I am allergic to a lot of foods, tomatoes, corn, soy, milk, wheat, peanuts, and oranges [the chiropractor had me get the test done, and it was the kind of test where they draw blood and stuff]. It's obviously not serious allergies, or we would've known earlier. So, for about a month, I've changed my diet to accommodate to my allergies. For a while, my headache didn't hurt as bad as it had, but this past week or so, it's been getting worse again. We saw my doctor last week, she keeps saying it's stress that's causing it. I am a perfectionist, and she thinks that's causing me to be stressed and stuff. But last time we saw her, she told me to do yoga. That was really stupid. But, I did it. Only for a couple of weeks, though. It wasn't really doing anything but making me annoyed and stuff. But, it just seems like there's nothing left to do. And it seems like I'm not able to function as well now, because of the headache.

That does seem to be rare. My daughter had her tonsils removed over three years ago and she couldn't eat anything at first. The only way of knowing what God has planned is to have faith. When I was 5 I had the chicken pox badly. My parents would help me bathe in my medical bath (when I already could bathe my self). My mothers bf ped saturday night I'm trying to be there for her and finish this semester?

Life is funny just last week Monday I saw my mothers boyfriend alive he was walking pretty swift to the grocery store with ease..I saw him while going downtown to school. Later on I went to the gym and talked to my mother I could hear him in the background saying tell her not overdo it in the gym..He was so worried about me however the next day while going to Kidney Dialysis he was in a cab and had cardiac arrest..the cab driver was smart enough to take him to a nearby hospital and the dispatcher contact my mother. He died for 10mins and they bought him back..When my mother got there he was in a coma and they put him in a medically induced coma for his survival since Tuesday I stood by my mothers side going to the hospital everyday for hours at a time..6plus hrs everyday..my mother is scary so I have been spending the night at her house everynight with the exception of friday, she was with her gf..I have cooked for her etc..We saw him saturday, visit a family friend and my uncle pick us up..my mother receive the call that he ped so we stayed at my uncles house and came home yesterday..she spent the night at my apartment..I feel for my mother because I went through something very fact similar when my grandmother I lived with all my life had ped however I didn't need people around me 24/7 but I know people are different. At the moment I attend grad school full time and the semester is almost over and I am so behind in my work..I feel bad my moms bf is gone and I stuck with her through all of this but I really need a lil' space to finish this semester off being I took out thousands of dollars in loans for these cles. Im doing the best I can but I can't even do clwork she is literally around me 24/7 I only have privacy when I use the bathroom..we sit in the same room together for almost a week I am extremely overwhelm and when I try to start some type of clwork she tends to talk alot..I love her and will remain by her side..but do you think Im no good for wanting a lil' space..I'm so behind in the school work, washing clothing and doing stuff just to function..do you think Im wrong as a daughter for needing a lil' space?

I am looking to buy a house which has a slate roof in need of repair (lots of leaks). Some friend told me that I can get some company take the slate and change to a shingle roof for very little money compared to have the slate roof repaired.
