What do most women constantly complain at work and maintain unprofessionalism more than men?

I'm sure everyone has encountered this issue before. There are always certain female employees that complains about things that have absolutely nothing to do with their work, but about stupid things. Their hair, their bags, their boyfriends, their sucky personal life. It's like you're here to work, not waste company money. And let's not forget when they have a little bit more work to do today and they get stressed out so easily and start to complain about that too! So emotionally unstable!
