Bathroom Sink Above or Under Granite Countertop?

Just wanted an idea. We are looking to redo all of our bathroom countertops from tile to granite. I can't decide if I like the above the counter sinks or to place the sink below the countertop. Below is much more expensive. About $200 per cut. Anyway, any suggestions? Thank you.
