How bad is it that Florida if they don't get Joiner for the LSU game?

Any time you lose a starter on defense it affects the unit's efficiency. However, I think this matter is a misunderstanding and Joiner will play this Saturday. The real question is this just another negative distraction for the Gators since they seem to be running afoul of the law quite often and I say yes. Such behavior seemed to take its toll on Miami.
