In the Aftermath of "Final Crisis", who is Bruce Wayne? Not New Batman..the new Bruce Wayne?

I know that Bruce/Batman's consciousness is now in an alternate time due to Darksied. But in the recent Batman comics I am reading, I know is now the new Batman, but I have seen "Bruce Wayne" make appearances regularly. I seem to have missed the part where they bring a new Bruce Wayne, who is he? Is he a double? Didn't the public recognize any changes to the new "Bruce Wayne"?
