I need to wee all the time?

ive recently had cys which was cleared up with anti biotics but now, a few weeks later, i often have the need to wee, i went to the doctors straight away before it made its way to a full on bladder infecction, i got more anti biotics but ive nearly finished them and the feeling is still there! it just feels like i need a wee ( not all the time, about 3times a day), a sudden twinge, even after ive been, can anyone please help? it doesnt hurt when i wee or in my stomach like cystitis does please help me! x x x
